Ground Team

We are very happy that Newton Kizaka (1975) is our local project leader; Newton lives in Kasigau, which helps us for monitoring of our projects in the best possible way. Newton has been intensively involved with the projects in Kasigau from the beginning and has always contributed to the Foundation. Also considering that Newton is very important and very much involved within the Kasigau community and it’s people. He knows almost everyone in the Kasigau region and all the projects by heart. Therefore he is good in prioritizing and monitoring the projects.

After completing high school, Newton obtained his degrees in Community Wildlife Field Assistant (A Credit), Tourism management and Ecotourism, and he also obtained various certificates in the field of Tourism, Leadership and Business Management. With the help of Newton’s laptop (connected to solar energy) we have daily contact, which keeps us very up-to-date. We are always confident that Newton will perform its duties carefully.
